Jon Siegal-Founder and CEO

Jon Siegal has more than 18 years of sales and general management experience. Prior to founding the Company, Jon was a Vice President of Sales at Siebel Systems where he was consistently recognized as one of the top contributors to the company's growth from $40 million to $2 billion in annual revenue. He began his career at IBM Corporation where he was responsible for sales to the media, advertising, and entertainment industries. Jon also served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Global Distribution and Alliances for a San Francisco startup company where his efforts led to business relationships with major retailers and partnerships with companies such as Verifone, HP, NCR, and IBM. Jon received a Masters degree in Business Administration from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA.

Eric Ye-CTO

Eric Ye has over 14 years of software development management and experience. He has consulted and worked for companies such as Unisys, The Toro Company, Wind River Systems, Interwoven and Versata. Eric holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University; Detroit, Michigan and is a Ph.D. Candidate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama; Birmingham, Alabama. Eric also earned his Masters of Science in Materials Engineering from Nanjing Institute of Technology; Nanjing China and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the Nanjing Aeronautical Institute; Nanjing, China.

Paul Pressler-Director

Paul Pressler is an Advisory Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; a leading private equity firm. Paul was President and Chief Executive Officer of Gap, Inc. from September 2002 to January 2007. He also served on Gap, Inc.'s Board of Directors from October 2002 until January 2007. Prior to joining Gap, Inc., Mr. Pressler spent fifteen years with The Walt Disney Company where he was Chairman of the company's Global Theme Park and Resorts Division. Mr. Pressler previously served as President of Disneyland, President of The Disney Stores and Senior Vice President of Consumer Products. Prior to Disney, he was Vice President of Marketing and Design for Kenner-Parker Toys. Mr. Pressler is currently a Director at Open Table, Avon Products, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Overture Acquisition Corp.

Craig Ramsey-Director

Craig Ramsey is a 35-year veteran of the technology industry. He previously served as executive vice president of worldwide sales at Siebel Systems and oversaw the company's sales growth from $4 million to more than $1.5 billion. Prior to Siebel, Ramsey was VP of U.S. sales at Oracle Corporation and has held positions at Amdahl as well as other high tech software and hardware companies. Ramsey began his career in technology with IBM, and currently sits on the board of Salesforce.com, ArcSight, Guidewire, and M-Factor.

John Chalsty-Advisor

Mr. Chalsty is a principal and has served as Chairman of Muirfield Capital Management LLC, an asset management firm, since 2002. He served as Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse First Boston during 2001; was Chairman of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., an investment banking firm, from 1996 through 2000; and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1986 to 1996. Mr. Chalsty is a Director of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, a Director of Spoleto Festival USA, a Director of the Community for Education Foundation, Trustee Emeritus of Columbia University, and President of Lincoln Center Theater.

Jake Winebaum-Advisor

Jake Winebaum was the founder and chief executive officer of Business.com. Jake is also co-founder of eCompanies which was a shareholder in Business.com. In addition to Business.com, eCompanies founded Jamdat (JMDT, sold to EA), Boingo, USBX Advisory Services, LLC and was the lead investor in Lower My Bills (sold to Experian). Prior to Business.com and eCompanies, Jake worked for The Walt Disney Company for several years. He served as chairman of Buena Vista Internet Group (BVIG), which included Disney.com, ESPN.com, ABCNews.com, ABC.com, and Family.com. Prior to that role, Jake served as president of Disney Online, where he led the team that developed and executed the expansion of the Disney brand onto the Internet beginning in 1994. Before Disney Online, Jake was president of Walt Disney Magazine Publishing. He also founded both FamilyFun and FamilyPC magazines and served as president, editor and publisher of both publications. Jake sold FamilyFun to The Walt Disney Company in 1992. Jake is currently a Director at Gigya, Inc.
