Jon Siegal – Founder and CEO
Jon Siegal has more than 20 years of sales and general management experience. Prior to founding the Company, Jon was a Vice President of Sales at Siebel Systems where he was consistently recognized as one of the top contributors to the company’s growth from $40 million to $2 billion in annual revenue. He began his career at IBM Corporation where he was responsible for sales to the media, advertising, and entertainment industries. Jon also served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Global Distribution and Alliances for a San Francisco startup company where his efforts led to business relationships with major retailers and partnerships with companies such as Verifone, HP, NCR, and IBM. Jon received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA.
Eric Ye – CTO
Eric Ye has over 14 years of software development management and experience. He has consulted and worked for companies such as Unisys, The Toro Company, Wind River Systems, Interwoven and Versata. Eric holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University; Detroit, Michigan and is a Ph.D. Candidate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama; Birmingham, Alabama. Eric also earned his Masters of Science in Materials Engineering from Nanjing Institute of Technology; Nanjing China and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the Nanjing Aeronautical Institute; Nanjing, China.
David Barad – SVP Marketing
David Barad has more than 15 years of Internet, Direct Marketing and General Management experience. David has worked in ecommerce for some of the leading brands in America. David was a key executive at Disney in ecommerce as he led the marketing and business development for DisneyStore.com and was the general manager for Disney Auctions (a partnership between Disney and eBay). David also led the eCommerce efforts for The Cheesecake Factory. David has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at USC, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA.
Brian Nolan – Director of Product
Brian Nolan comes from an entrepreneurial background and has over 15 years of Internet and e-commerce experience. Prior to joining Fan Appz, Brian was a key player at home improvement etailer CPO Commerce, as their Director of Marketing and Director of Marketplaces & Private Sales. He was also the co-founder and President of Suspect Clothing, a menswear apparel company, and has held many roles within the internet industry, including Technical Project Manager at Move.com (formally Homestore.com, NASDAQ: MOVE), co-founder and Vice-President of FluxOne, a web development firm specializing in digital online video, and consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian received a Bachelor’s degree from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
Mark Evans – Vice President of Sales
Mark Evans is an accomplished business development and sales executive with over 16 years experience in the online space. Most recently, he served as a sales and business development consultant for new and innovative companies including Magnetic, Gigya, CUnet, Litle & Co. and Aquent. He acquired his sales experience working at such leading firms as CBS SportsLine.com, AOL/ Advertising.com, Revolution Money (acquired by American Express) as well as served as one of the first interactive agents at International Creative Management. Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA.
Alain Somphone – Creative Director
Alain Somphone has over 16 years of creative experience, specializing in internet, e-commerce, and UI/UX design. Prior to joining Fan Appz, he was the Creative Director at CPO Commerce responsible for leading the creative and front-end team, and overseeing the design efforts for globally recognized tool companies. Alain has worked as an Art Director and UI Designer at numerous startups and leading brands such as eToys, DisneyStore.com, GameFly, and Pictage. He began his career in advertising at Bernard Hodes Group, working with clients including Cedars-Sinai, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. Alain has a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Design from Cal Poly Pomona.
Tracy Kobzeff – Director of Client Services
Tracy Kobzeff comes from a Client Services background and has worked hand-in-hand with clients on digital marketing strategies and best practices for over five years. Prior to joining the Fan Appz team, Tracy worked as a Client Partner for leading Email Service Provider Experian CheetahMail, a division of Experian Marketing Services. Tracy’s responsibilities at Experian included developing and executing email marketing programs and interactive marketing strategies for a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and leading a large team of account managers. Tracy has a Master’s degree in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
