What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method.

How often will I be billed?

You will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for Pro accounts on the day of the month that you signed up.

What day of the month will I be billed on?

Your reoccurring billing will take place on the same day of the month that you started your subscription.

How do I unsubscribe from Fan Appz?

To remove your fan page from Fan Appz, navigate to the Edit Page Groups page.  Expand the Page Group that contains the fan page that you want to remove, and then click the “Unsubscribe” link next to the page name.  Doing this will remove the page from the Page Group and cancel the monthly payment, where applicable.

How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?

Upgrade any of your Lite or Pro pages by selecting the page you want to upgrade from the page navigation on the left.  Then click the appropriate Upgrade button in the upper-right corner of the page.

How do I change my personal information?

You can change your account information by clicking on the “My Account” link in the upper-right corner of any page.

How do I change my email notifications?

You can adjust which posts you get email notifications for on the My Account page.  To turn off all email notifications, select the “No Notifications” option.
